The information from credible sources, including our own health professionals, has also been translated into isiXhosa and Afrikaans.

The booklets are part of a bigger information sharing, training and education drive within the University to enable all staff and students to make an informed decision about the vaccination opportunity ahead.

It has been packaged in a simple question-and-answer format and includes information on myths, how the vaccination works and why vaccination is seen as a “game changer” in the fight against the pandemic.

Line managers are requested to share the booklets with their teams.
