Food Service Manager

Food service managers are employed in various food related services sectors and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of food services to the public. They are responsible for all functions of the business and should have a well-grounded business, financial and people management acumen to be able to manage, motivate and support staff to deliver high quality work, ensure profitability, and ensure that standards are upheld.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS  

  • Minimum NSC statutory requirements for degree entry must be met.
  • An applicant with NSC Grade 12 Mathematics requires a minimum Applicant Score of 390.
  • NSC achievement rating of at least level 50% for Mathematics.
