employability?
Extracurricular activities and leadership roles are not mandatory for employability within our company, but they
can be beneficial—especially for those aspiring to grow into leadership positions. While we primarily assess
candidates based on their skills, potential, and cultural fit, demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and leadership
through extracurricular involvement can strengthen a graduate’s profile.
