               established. One of these mini-TTs is the Efficiency and Institutional Operating Model WG, led by DVC PoPs.  The WG
               Projects include water and energy provision; commercialisation activities; new operating models for various functions;
               transportation; digital transformation.
            • Theme of multi stakeholder engagement when developing these models.  When done, much buy-in is obtained.
            • SRMA’s role in pressing issue of the NSFAS shortfall and the intake of the new cohort of students; and responding to
               student protests.
