TRANSFORMATION


             GOAL 8




             ENSURE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMMES AND MEASURES DESIGNED
             TO ACCELERATE FOCUSED RECRUITMENT, CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT,
             GREATER REPRESENTATION AND RETENTION OF DESIGNATED AND
             UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS, INCLUDING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES,
             IN UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND
             SUPPORT SERVICES EMPLOYEES.



             This  goal  should  be  read  in  conjunction  with  Goal  5,   •   Ms Sharon Masiza (Senior Director: Missionvale,
             relating to diversifying the academic workforce.          Second Avenue and Bird Street Campuses) and
                1.  Senior Management Appointments             •       Mr Melvin Syce (Senior Director: Infrastructure
                                                                       Services and Space Optimisation).
             Senior  management  appointments  during  the  period   2.  Diversify Workforce Profile aligned
